刊登日期: 12 Aug 2026 Ref.: JM20260813011548859 Luxnova Technology & Culture Limited Regional General Manager – Hong Kong & Macau The Role We are seeking a commercially astute regional leader to drive our smart urban lighting and cultural-tourism business in Hong Kong and Macau, owning regional strategy, sales performance and team development. Key Responsibilities Formulate strategic market plans for AI-enabled smart urban lighting projects in the Hong Kong and Macau region; set and execute regional sales targets to drive international expansion of the company's cultural-tourism content. Lead client development and relationship management across Hong Kong and Macau, engaging government bodies, cultural-tourism operators and commercial partners to build a stable regional sales network. Drive cross-departmental collaboration (product, operations, legal and others) to ensure compliance and a consistent experience in project delivery. Analyse market trends and competitor activity in the Hong Kong and Macau smart urban lighting and cultural-tourism sector, refining sales strategies to strengthen international competitiveness and market share. Recruit, build and manage an overseas sales team, leading members to achieve performance targets. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Cultural Tourism Management or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years' sales experience in urban lighting projects, including at least 3 years in sales management for smart lighting projects (e.g. night tours, nightscape lighting, theme parks, cultural attractions and cultural-tourism complexes). Familiarity with the regulatory landscape of cultural-tourism lighting markets, with extensive international client resources and channel development capability, able to independently lead negotiations and contract signing for large-scale projects. Strong team management and strategic thinking skills, capable of responding swiftly to market changes and adjusting sales tactics to achieve performance targets.
