Company Secretary - Senior Officer Job Responsibilities Support and coordinate Board of Directors, Committee and Shareholders’ Meetings, including agenda, meeting documents and minutes. Follow up on Board resolutions and action items with related functions. Prepare and coordinate required SEC and SET reports, filings and disclosures. Support Corporate Governance activities and related company policies. Maintain Board, shareholder and other corporate statutory records. Coordinate with Management and cross-functional teams for required information and documentation. Monitor relevant regulatory requirements and submission timelines. Perform other assignments related to Company Secretary and Corporate Governance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields. 7+ years of experience in Company Secretary, Corporate Governance, legal or Compliance. Experience in a listed company is an advantage. Knowledge of SEC, SET and Public Limited Company requirements. Good command of Thai and English. Good coordination, communication and document preparation skills. Detail-oriented, responsible and able to handle confidential information.
