IT- Infrastructure Join a Global Leader in Metalworking! Tungaloy-NTK (Thailand) Co., Ltd. a proud member of the IMC Group , is expanding rapidly. We are looking for a dynamic IT Specialist with a strong technical background. Key Responsibilities · Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for end users across three companies. · Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops and corporate mobile devices. · Join Computers to Active Directory and troubleshoot domain-related issues. · Deploy, upgrade, and maintain Windows operating systems . · Enroll and manage devices using Microsoft Intune . · Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications and user accounts. · Support endpoint security, antivirus, BitLocker, and Windows security policies. · Perform software installation, patch management, and hardware replacement. · Provide basic administration and troubleshooting of Cisco networking equipment · Provide basic support for Palo Alto firewalls, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and assisting with policy implementation. · Assist with VPN connectivity and remote access support. · Monitor system health and respond to infrastructure alerts. · Escalate complex infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity issues to central IT teams when required. · Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and standard operating procedures. · Participate in IT projects, office moves, hardware refreshes, and technology rollouts. Required Skills & Experience · 3+ years of experience in IT Support or Systems Administration. · Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 . · Experience with Active Directory , Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. · Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management. · Experience deploying Windows updates and managing operating system lifecycle. · Good understanding of Microsoft 365 administration. · Knowledge of Cisco networking (switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP). · Knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls and VPN technologies. · Experience with hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Preferred Qualifications · Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Office365 administration . · Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA), or Palo Alto certifications are an advantage.
