JUNIOR PROGRAM MANAGER

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION Planning and monitoring program execution Cross-project resource management Identifying and addressing problems and risks Program documentation Stakeholder communications, negotiations, and problem-solving Aligning or realigning deliverables with program outcomes Decide on suitable strategies and objectives Coordinate cross-project activities Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant Formulate strategic and operational objectives Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs Recruit, train and supervise staff Find ways to increase quality of customer service Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities Apply change, risk and resource management DETAILED JOB REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position Thorough understanding of program management techniques and methods Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management Software is a strong advantage Outstanding leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication skills Excellent problem-solving ability BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus Preferred candidates who have knowledge, experience and exposure in SMT/PCBA, involved in post-silicon validation activities and hardware debugging so they know about the process
