Analyze, monitor, and consolidate operational KPI data for weekly and monthly performance reviews. Analyze operational performance data and provide insights to support management decision-making. Review and analyze OEE performance, identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance. Lead and coordinate Lean, Kaizen, and process improvement projects across the organization. Collaborate with Operations, QA, Engineering, Warehouse, and other functions to implement improvement actions. Ensure improvement projects are delivered on time and in compliance with company standards. Provide coaching and guidance on continuous improvement methodologies and best practices. Promote a culture of Operational Excellence through Kaizen and employee engagement activities. Facilitate cross-functional improvement projects involving Production, QA, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Safety teams. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Manufacturing Management. Experience in the food manufacturing industry will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, including Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and TPM. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred. Knowledge of VSM (Value Stream Mapping) and Lean principles. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change. Good command of English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
