Job Responsibilities Requirements gathering, analysis document and design/improve EI & Automation solution for manufacturing. Develop, implement and maintain required EI & Automation Solution. Work closely with CIM/IT/Production/Product/Process Engineer to resolve any technical MES/EI/Automation/Mapping related issues. Prepare training materials and train business users on MES/Equipment Integration/Automation related system. Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) with Key users/ users. Guide and train L1 in providing 24x7 support on EI applications and systems supported, while responsible for L2/L3 support to ensure high system availability Troubleshoot application related issues and ensure high system availability during full operation. Performing equipment characterization, generate compliance reports and follow through with equipment vendor to ensure production equipment is able to meet minimum automation standard requirement.communication. Requirements Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or equivalent. At least 3 years of relevant experience and have completed CIM/EI/Automation related project life cycles and Experienced and knowledgeable in SEMI Standards, namely E-004 (SECS-I), E-005 (SECS-II), E-010 (RAM), E-030(GEM), E-037 (HSMS). Additional knowledge on SEMI Standards E-081 (CIM Framework), E-142 Substrate Mapping will be advantageous but not a pre-requisite. Familiarity with web technologies such as VB.NET, C#.NET, web services, SOAP and XML is mandatory. Proficient in database technologies and PL/SQL statements. Basic understanding of industrial automation; familiar with protocols such as SECS, PLC, Modbus and RPA. Familiarity with any SECS/GEM characterization tools such as FASTsim, openSIM Pro, SEC SIM Pro or tools of similar nature will be an added advantage. Familiarity and exposure to any of the MES systems such as Critical Manufacturing, FactoryWorks, Fab 300, Camstar, Workstream and/or any system of similar nature is highly desired. Familiarity and exposure to any of the Electronic Mapping systems (Wafer/Substrate/Panel) is highly desired. Semiconductor industry experience is a plus. Familiarity and exposure to Critical Manufacturing Connect IoT is highly desired. Experience in supporting AGV/ARV/AMR implementation in manufacturing floor is a plus.
