Senior Merchant Service

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad is seeking a talented Senior Merchant Service Executive to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued merchants, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service and support. About the role: Proactively engage with existing merchants to understand their needs and identify opportunities to grow their business. Onboard new merchants, guiding them through the setup process and ensuring a seamless experience. Provide ongoing support and training to merchants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new merchants and expand our merchant network. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the merchant experience and drive continuous improvements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all merchant interactions and transactions. What we're looking for: Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the financial services or merchant services industry in product financing. Familiarity with the local merchant and industry regulations is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive successful outcomes.
