Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, processes, and standards to ensure consistency and effective management of enterprise initiatives. Manage and monitor the enterprise project / transformation portfolio , including project status, milestones, key deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall performance. Conduct regular Portfolio Reviews and provide management with a consolidated view of portfolio health, progress, risks, and key decisions required. Prepare Executive Reports, dashboards, and management presentations to communicate key insights, progress, and critical issues to senior management. Analyze project and portfolio data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement , and translate data into actionable recommendations. Work closely with project owners and stakeholders to challenge assumptions, identify potential issues, and ensure initiatives remain aligned with strategic priorities. Facilitate governance meetings and follow up on management decisions, action items, and key strategic initiatives . Support prioritization and resource allocation across the project portfolio based on business impact, strategic alignment, and organizational priorities. Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes, governance, reporting, and portfolio management practices . Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive alignment and support successful execution of transformation initiatives. Provide ad-hoc analysis and strategic insights to support management decision-making and enterprise transformation . Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Science, or a related field . 4–5 years of experience in Enterprise PMO, Transformation Office, Strategy, Management Consulting, or a similar role. Experience in PMO Governance, Portfolio Management / Portfolio Review, and Executive Reporting . Experience working with Manager to Director-level stakeholders or senior management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights. Strong critical thinking and strategic thinking skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and ask relevant business questions. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment . Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel ; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience in enterprise transformation, digital transformation, or large-scale strategic initiatives . Experience with PMO / portfolio management tools and methodologies. Experience in developing management dashboards and executive-level presentations . Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies. Experience in a large enterprise or consulting environment is a plus.
