Contract Administrator / Senior Contract Administrator – Multiple NSW Builders

We're currently engaged on Contract Administrator briefs with six NSW builders — tier one through to tier three, intermediate through to senior. Rather than run six adverts, we'd rather have one conversation about which of these actually suits you, because the projects, the environments and the packages are very different. The briefs Tier one — major data centre, Western Sydney. CA / Senior CA stepping into a genuine tier one environment. You'll need $200m+ project experience and a solid, stable career history behind you. Highly sought-after builder, highly sought-after projects — only the strongest applications will get through on this one. Tier two — North Shore based, office role. One of the best-regarded tier two builders in NSW, on reputation, considered workload and culture alike. Around 80% repeat business across education, sports and aged care. An intermediate CA role, office based, circa $160k–$170k. Rare combination of quality projects and a business that doesn't burn people out. National contractor — construction division, NSW. A CA / Senior CA opportunity with real scope: this is a business where the right person can take the lead commercially in NSW and grow with it. Long-standing client of ours and a genuinely sought-after employer. Young, dynamic team. Tier three — office based, North West Sydney. Hands-on Senior CA role running Cheops, with clear scope to progress up the commercial management route. $85m turnover with a solid order book and a three-year plan to reach $100m. They also want someone willing to mentor the junior CAs coming through, so this suits a senior who enjoys developing people rather than just running numbers. Family-owned specialist builder — $20m–$30m new build. CA / Senior CA taking full commercial ownership of a substantial new build project. Cheops. Up to $200,000 + super at Senior CA level. Australian and family owned, debt free, with a strong repeat-client base across education, health and workplace. Tier three — Western Sydney, project based. Two CA roles on separate $16m new build projects. Solid tier three business with good management systems, proper support behind you and an excellent team culture. Strong ethics and a strong financial position — worth saying, because not every builder at this level can claim both. About you Contract administration experience with a head contractor in NSW — main contractor side, not subcontractor or client-side only Anywhere from 3 years through to senior; we have briefs across the range Project exposure from $16m up to $200m+ depending on which brief fits Sound working knowledge of AS 4000 / AS 2124 and the NSW Security of Payment Act Cheops, Jobpac or Procore Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Engineering Full Australian working rights.
