Description As a Client Service Associate, your main responsibilities will include: Managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Making cold calls to Private Equity and Private Credit Providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests. Collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs effectively. Monitoring and reporting on client service metrics and performance. Identifying opportunities to enhance client service processes and efficiency. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Preparing and maintaining accurate client documentation and records. Supporting the Accounting & Finance team in achieving departmental goals. Profile A successful Client Service Associate should have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships. Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of working experience is highly preferred Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Job Offer 12 months' salary plus discretionary bonus.
