Our client, a growing company in the logistics and transportation industry, is currently looking for a Sales Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) to support daily business operations, administration, coordination, and communication. Responsibilities: Serve as a translator for Mandarin, English, and Indonesian. Act as the primary point of contact, liaising with internal staff and external stakeholders. Manage calendars and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events. Arrange business travel, including transportation and itineraries. Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain databases and organize filing systems efficiently. Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel for business purposes. Requirements: Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin and English. Bachelor’s degree in any field. Computer literate with good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
