Job Responsibilities: Logistics & Shipment: Oversee end-to-end shipment planning, I/E procedures, documentation, and cost optimization. 3PL & Vendor Management: Coordinate with 3PL providers and freight forwarders, track KPIs, and liaise with internal teams. Order Fulfillment: Handle daily operations including SO/PO creation, invoicing, customs clearance, and after-sales support. Job Requirements: Education & Experience: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related fields at least 2 years of experience in logistics or operations. Technical Skills: Familiar with international freight, customs clearance, ERP systems and MS Office. Languages: Native spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
