Logistics Executive (MNC, up to 28K)

The Opportunity Reporting to the logistics function, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of order fulfilment and international shipment activities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external logistics partners to coordinate the movement of goods across global markets while maintaining service excellence and cost efficiency. This position offers broad exposure across logistics, supply chain coordination, import/export operations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end shipment activities, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivery execution Manage import and export documentation to ensure compliance with international trade and customs requirements Liaise with freight forwarders, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), customs brokers, and suppliers to ensure timely shipment execution Monitor logistics performance, costs, and service levels while identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization Support order fulfilment activities, including sales order processing, purchase order management, invoicing, and shipment coordination Ensure accurate maintenance of logistics records, shipping documentation, and operational data Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, customer service, and finance to support business requirements Assist in supply chain enhancement projects and operational improvement initiatives Troubleshoot shipment or delivery issues and provide timely resolutions to stakeholders Requirements Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline 3-5 years of relevant experience within logistics, supply chain, order fulfilment, operations, or freight forwarding environments Hands-on experience managing international shipments and end-to-end order processing Strong understanding of shipping documentation, customs clearance procedures, freight management, and import/export regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Experience using ERP systems would be advantageous Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) What's on Offer Comprehensive medical and insurance coverage Hybrid working arrangement with workplace flexibility Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunities for career progression and professional development Exposure to regional and international logistics operations Wellness initiatives, employee engagement activities, and a people-focused working environment Stable business with strong growth momentum and international exposure Why Apply?
