Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Translate business needs into functional specifications and ensure alignment with project goals. Work closely with the Scrum team to clarify requirements and support effective implementation. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that deliverables meet business requirements. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including external vendors, to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome. Experienced in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Exposure in insurance industry is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Fluency in Mandarin and English is a plus. Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices is a plus.
