Mō te tūnga | About the role As a Recruitment Adviser in our Enabling Services Recruitment team, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from crafting inclusive job advertisements to guiding hiring managers through best practice selection methods. You'll collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, using your expertise to deliver a seamless, candidate-focused experience that reflects our values and strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. This is more than just your average recruitment role; it's a chance to drive meaningful change, build trusted relationships across the motu, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and tools. Mōu | About you This role would suit someone who has experience supporting recruitment activities and is ready to develop into a trusted Recruitment Adviser. You understand the importance of delivering a great experience for candidates and hiring managers, and you're keen to broaden your skills across the full recruitment lifecycle. Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience We're looking for someone who has: A keen interest in managing recruitment campaigns and using ATS platforms (Springboard experience a plus). An understanding of inclusive recruitment practices and recognition of the importance of a te ao Māori worldview. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently manage priorities. Ngā painga | The benefits Alongside a competitive salary, you'll benefit from flexible working arrangements, ongoing professional development, and the opportunity to learn from experienced recruitment practitioners in a supportive team environment. The midpoint of the salary range is $89,225 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $75,842 - $107,070 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
