The Job You will be expected to: Handle customer inquiries; Maintain customer relationships and work with service team to build up a strong connection; Provide accurate product information and support to complete sales orders; Collect and record customer information and market information; Identify new business opportunities on an ongoing basis to achieve predetermined sales targets; Submit sales records and reports as required. (weekly and monthly) The Candidate You should have: Bachelor degree or higher, majored in Chemistry or Biological Science or equivalent academic disciplines; 1-3 years working experience as sales executive in the field is preferred; Good communication and expression skills; fluent English and Cantoneses are must, good mandarin is preferred; Candidate with some research background will be an advantage; Long term vision; Well organized, mature and self-motivated, able to develop work independently as well as a team.
