*Fluent in spoken Cantonese* Duties and responsibilities A wide range of pre-contract & post-contract quantity surveying duties of main contracts and subcontracts; Carry out document administration to the main contractors and sub-contractor Liaise with site’s QS for the outstanding balance account to ensure a smooth execution of projects. Responsible for the administration of main contracts and subcontracts, contractual claims and subcontractors’ claims for construction project Preparing QS documentation duties including prepare invoice, interim statement, variation order, payment analysis, payment certificate / variation assessment to sub-contractor, tendering and final accounts Requirements: Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications For AQS: At least 1 year working experience, fresh graduate are also welcomed Ability to handle project coordination, and work independently Good communication and interpersonal skills Immediate availability is highly preferable.
