Job Purpose We are expanding our team and seeking an accomplished Senior Accounts Executive to join our dynamic organization. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this role is pivotal in maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial transactions while driving operational excellence and supporting the company’s financial growth. Key Responsibilities & Duties Financial Closing & Reporting: Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings, reconciliations, and financial statement preparations in accordance with corporate timelines and standards. Journal Entries & Compliance: Lead the preparation, posting, and verification of journal entries, ensuring full compliance with financial reporting guidelines and company policies. Financial Analysis & Variance Reporting: Conduct financial analysis, reconciliations, and variance reporting on supporting schedules to support business decision-making. Process Improvement & Operations: Drive continuous process improvements and operational enhancement initiatives to optimize financial reporting efficiency. Team Guidance & Mentorship: Assist manager to provide review, guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to operational best practices. External Liaison: Liaise and coordinate with business partners such as bankers, auditors, tax agencies, company secretaries, etc. for all financial and statutory matters. Key Requirements A Degree in Accounting, a Professional Certificate (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MIA), or an equivalent qualification. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex financial data. Proactive problem-solving mindset with excellent time management and prioritization skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability and commitment. Experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysis in a fast-paced environment.
