We are currently partnering with a globally recognized technology company — Known for powering continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, their software helps engineering teams automate builds, tests, and deployments with speed and reliability. The company has built a reputation for delivering enterprise-grade DevOps solutions that integrate seamlessly into modern development workflows, making it a go-to platform for organizations of all sizes — from fast-growing startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. Development & Customization 1. Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications using C#/.NET and Power Platform tools. 2. Design and implement customizations including plugins, workflows, custom entities, and integrations. 3. Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipeline activities to ensure high-quality deliverables. Migration & Data Management 1. Support the end-to-end migration from Salesforce to Dynamics 365, helping to unify global customer data and business processes. 2. Develop detailed field mapping and data model documentation for Salesforce → Dynamics 365. 3. Perform data mapping, cleansing, deduplication, validation, and import, ensuring high data quality and integrity throughout the migration process. 4. Design and implement data integration and data migration solutions, ensuring data quality and consistency. Integration & Architecture 1. Build integrations between Dynamics 365 and Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, etc.) as part of a modern cloud architecture. 2. Work closely with senior developers and solution architects to design clean, scalable solutions aligned with best practices. 3. Troubleshoot and optimize Dynamics plugins and SQL queries to improve system performance. Qualifications 1. Education: Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development or similar CRM platforms. 3. Technical Skills: a) Proficiency in C#/.NET, web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and object-oriented principles. b) Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and CI/CD pipelines. c) Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and development. d) Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and transformation. 4. Migration Experience: Hands-on expertise migrating Salesforce.com data to Dynamics 365; knowledge of Salesforce and Dynamics field mappings and data models. 5. Language: Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory – you will work in a multicultural team environment with global stakeholders. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) 1. Experience with data migration tools (SSIS, KingswaySoft, Scribe). 2. Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). 3. Relevant certifications in Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or data integration tools. 4. Knowledge of Databricks, Python, or other data analytics tools.

If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
