POSITION SUMMARY This role supports the SCS management and direct material teams across Asia in driving strategic execution, decision-making, governance coordination, initiative tracking, and data-driven insights. The primary focus is to monitor and follow up on all SCS initiatives related to supply chain performance—including VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) and BOM reduction projects, as well as supply chain risk management. This will be achieved by: (1) managing databases, (2) re-engineering business process flows, and (3) collaborating with systems teams on digitalization and AI initiatives. The role requires close coordination with direct material purchasing teams across Asia and cross-functional collaboration to implement SCS initiatives. Locations covered: Hong Kong, Shajing, KM (Korea), India, and Wuxi. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Decision Support & Analytics Support management decision-making by analyzing reports using Power BI dashboards and preparing executive summary slides for leadership review. Identify action plans and scenario analyses for key improvements on sourcing initiatives and strategies based on supply chain analytics. Translate complex data into clear, executive-level narratives and actionable insights. Digitalization & Systems Integration Align with the Global Systems Team and IT on implementing digitalization and AI initiatives across the Asia region. Partner with IT and systems teams to enhance analytics and reporting capabilities. Support the development of dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven insights to inform SCS decisions. Process Improvement & Risk Management Review workflows to ensure supply chain risks are identified and addressed. Create implementation plans and oversee the follow-through of SCS policies and procedures across the region. Monitor geopolitical, regulatory, and macroeconomic developments, including material indexes, that may impact supply chain decisions. Governance & Compliance Support compliance and governance-related activities including audits, new initiatives, database management, approval flows, and process improvements. Ensure alignment with internal policies, procedures, and work instructions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with other functions (e.g., Operations, R&D, Quality, Finance) in implementing SCS initiatives. Conduct training sessions on systems and processes for relevant teams. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Experience Minimum 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, strategic sourcing, procurement, or related fields. Experience working in a regional role across Asia with exposure to multiple markets (Hong Kong, China, India, Korea, etc.) is highly preferred.
