Production Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities Weekly and daily production planning after receiving production plan from planning department by preparing raw materials and manpower also line readiness Daily Report out the production product output quantity , yield , defected and any issued during production run Coordinate with concern and support department for problem solving and corrective , preventive action Manage people and planning to build the product to meet customer on time delivery , cost control and good product quality Response for the action plan to meet Production KPI Develop the people and training to improve functional competency Communicate all information and deploy company policy to the production leader and operator Coordinate with support department to improve productivity and quality To be a member of continuous improvement activities such as lean , six sigma project Promote the continuous improvement such as Kaizen , suggestion Maintain the quality system and to be a member of internal audit for quality system audit Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business Admin., IE or other relevant fields 5-10 years in Production Supervisor (for electronic factory is a strong advantage.) Good command of English Possess leading and supervising skill Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office and SAP System Able to work in shift Proactive and monitor own work results Possess problem solving skills Manage and monitor subsidiaries to abide by the company’s regulations Possess creativity and positive thinking
