Account Manager/ Program Manager (Electronics)

Position : Account Manager/ Program Manager (Electronics) Location : Samut Prakarn Work Hours : Monday - Friday (7.30-16.30) We are looking for an Account Manager / Program Manager (Electronic) to manage key customer accounts and lead programs within an electronics manufacturing environment. The role will be responsible for customer relationships, profitability, project execution, NPI/ECO, production and delivery coordination, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has strong electronics manufacturing experience, excellent English communication, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Manage key customer accounts, relationships, satisfaction, contracts, and overall business performance. Monitor sales, profitability, margins, customer POs, forecasts, and future business opportunities. Lead new product introduction (NPI), project planning, ECO implementation, and cross-functional project execution. Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding production status, delivery, quality, and commercial issues. Lead customer meetings, business reviews, conference calls, and customer visits. Drive improvement initiatives related to cost, delivery, overdue payments, risk, and inventory. Manage excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory related to customer accounts. Supervise and support team members and ensure KPI achievement. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and management systems. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. 5+ years’ experience in electronics manufacturing , or 3+ years at management level . Experience in Account Management, Program Management, Project Management, or NPI is preferred. Good knowledge of ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 ; IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ATEX, UL, REACH, or RoHS is an advantage. Good command of English. Strong problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Proactive, systematic, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
