Assistant Manager - Supply Chain development

Key Responsibility: • Drive supply chain improvement projects from planning through execution, coordinating cross-functional teams for alignment, timely delivery, and operational efficiency. • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Supplier, Operations, DC, Transport, IT, Commercial, and Finance) to ensure project alignment, smooth execution, and timely delivery. • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and drive problem-solving actions to ensure milestones are achieved on time. • Support daily supply chain operations by facilitating communication, resolving operational blockers, and improving process flow. • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting to tsrack key KPIs. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, standardizing processes, and implementing sustainable solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor or higher degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration. More than 3-5 years experiences in supply chain development, continuous improvement, business analysis or project management. Outstanding analytical skill and problem solving. Have a Leadership skill, Decision Making, Negotiation, Cross-functional Teamwork, and Presentation. Positive attitude, seek for challenge, willingness to learn new things and self-motivated. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, attentive to details and agile for change. Good command of English speaking, reading and writing.
