The HR Generalist ensures the smooth operation of the Administration and Human Resources Department through the provision of a responsive administrative and office support service. Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and documentation. Assist hiring managers in coordinating interviews and gathering feedback. Facilitate onboarding requirements, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and new hire endorsement. Employee Relations Support Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and concerns. Assist in documenting employee concerns, incidents, and disciplinary cases. Support the implementation of disciplinary actions and ensure proper documentation. Help promote a positive and professional work environment through timely HR support. Compensation and Benefits Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG). Coordinates with Head Office Benefits Officer on employee claims/availments of SSS sickeness/ECC, loans, Philhealth, Maturity claims, and leave availments General Responsibilities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and demonstrate proficiency in all company rules, policies, procedures, and guidelines. Employees are expected to comply with and consistently apply such policies in the performance of their duties. Employees shall be answerable and accountable to their immediate supervisors or superiors with respect to assigned tasks, work performance, compliance with instructions, and adherence to company policies and standards. Provide administrative support for HR activities as needed. Perform any other tasks reasonably assigned by the company that support project delivery, team effectiveness, or organizational objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related role; prior experience as an HR Generalist is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Problem-solving and organizational skills with keen attention to detail Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Willing to be assigned in Brgy. Kalawaan, Pasig City
