Manager, IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities Data Center Operations : Manage and oversee business data center operations, ensuring high availability and performance of IT systems and data infrastructure. Collaboration : Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and translate them into effective analytics solution. BI Solution : Design, and develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports and data visualization using BI tools. Data Analysis : Analyze complex business data to identify trends, insights and opportunities for operational improvements. Data Quality & Governance : Lead initiatives to improve data quality, governance and compliance with relevant policies and standards. Liaison Role : Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure data-driven decision making aligns with company objectives. Emerging Technologies : Stay updated with emerging data technologies and best practices to recommend and implement improvements. Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Data Science or a related field . Minimum 3 years of experience in data management, business intelligence or analytic roles. Strong proficiency with Power BI and data visualization tools . Solid knowledge of SQL and database management . Understanding of data governance, security and compliance standards . Skills & Competencies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders. Ability to translate business requirement into technical solutions. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality. Proactive and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Power BI Skills - Data Modeling : Ability to design and develop data models that effectively support business requirements. Data Analysis : Proficiency in analyzing datasets to uncover trends and insights. Visualization : Expertise in creating interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. DAX Functions : Knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating custom calculations in Power BI. Power Query : Experience in extracting, transforming, loading data using Power Query. Stakeholder Collaboration - Ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications.
