This is a different kind of trades role. We take real pride in our workmanship, care about our customers and look after each other like family. With a strong pipeline of projects ahead, you'll have the opportunity to develop specialist skills while working on projects that make a genuine difference to people's homes. Every project is different. You could be : Installing pergolas, louvre roofs and awnings Building garden sheds, fencing and gates Installing security screens, shutters and insect screens Working with glass and glazing, including windows, mirrors, splashbacks and showers Fabricating and installing aluminium products Tackling custom indoor and outdoor projects What we're looking for We're interested in people with strong practical skills and the right attitude. Successful team members have come from backgrounds including: Joinery Building Engineering General trades and installation Garden shed construction or similar hands-on work Aluminium fabrication You don't need to know everything - we'll provide training for the right person. What matters is that you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, care about customers and work well as part of a team. You'll also need to be physically fit, comfortable working outdoors and at heights, and have your own basic tools. A tool maintenance allowance is provided.
