Construction Manager/ Site Agent

Duties & Responsibilities: Lead project teams to complete the projects on schedule, within budget and at a high level of quality; Contribute in the preparation of tender documents and technical submissions; Develop and implement management programs and plans, including risk management and emergency response plans; Oversee contract administration; Ensure all company policies and plans are aligned to the broader group processes and systems; Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines； (Applications from Mainland students as well as all non-local students are welcome.欢迎来自国内的学生以及所有非本地畢業生的申请) MHKIE or equivalent in Civil discipline with NEC experience for Construction Manager and Site Agent; For Construction Manager , applicant should have at least 10 years post professional qualification experience in construction contract, among which at least 5 years in managing construction contracts as a main contractor’s Project Manager (or Construction Manager in an NEC contract). Also, shall have 1 year of proven experience as Construction Manager or Site Agent in the use of NEC contracts or be Accredited NEC3 or NEC4 TSC Service Manager or Accredited NEC3 or NEC4 ECC Project Manager; For Site Agent , applicant should have at least 5 years post professional qualification experience in construction contract, among which at least 3 years in managing construction contracts as a main contractor’s Project Manager, Construction Manager, Site Agent or Sub Agent in waterworks contract; OR applicant who is not MHKIE should have at least 10 years post professional qualification experience in construction contract, among which at least 3 years in managing construction contracts as a main contractor’s Project Manager, Construction Manager, Site Agent or Sub Agent in waterworks contract; Also, shall have 2 year of proven experience as Construction Manager or Site Agent in the use of NEC contracts or be Accredited NEC3 or NEC4 TSC Service Manager or Accredited NEC3 or NEC4 ECC Project Manager; GStrong command of spoken and written Cantonese and English; Immediately available is highly preferred.
