Position: Procurement Officer (Electronic Appliance) Location: Silom Complex Building; BTS Saladaeng or MRT Silom Job Description: To handle overall Import-Export management operation. (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, Form D, E, JTEPA etc.) Coordination between customer and supplier. Receive order from customer and issue PO to supplier. Arrange/Adjust shipment upon customer's request and production plan. Monitoring supplier's delivery schedule and delivery adjustment. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse to ensure timely and accurate shipment to customer. Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, or delays. Master setting and database maintenance. Analyze sales and purchase data. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or other related field. At least 2 years' as Procurement or Purchasing in Electronic trading company of electronic components. Basic knowledge in import, export and BOI regulation. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel ,Word and PowerPoint) Good command in English with writing and speaking. Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Only short-listed candidates will be notified *
