Responsibilities Supervise and control daily production activities to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved. Plan and optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to maximize production efficiency. Ensure all production processes comply with GMP, SOP, company quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor production performance, investigate process issues, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and drive continuous improvement. Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Warehouse, and other related departments to improve machine efficiency and minimize production downtime. Analyze production data, prepare operational reports, and present performance results to management. Lead, coach, and develop production team members to enhance performance and productivity. Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, environmental, and quality management systems within the production area. Support cost reduction initiatives, waste reduction, productivity improvement, and Lean/Continuous Improvement activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) with a valid Pharmacist License. Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or related manufacturing industries. At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of GMP, SOP, pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and quality systems. Good leadership, people management, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
