Job Summary As an IT Project Manager, you'll plan, organize, and drive a company's technical projects. Your core focus is coordinating production releases and rollouts, delegating tasks to the right people, and presenting on progress and results. Throughout the project's life, you'll hold the team accountable for delivering on the plan and work to resolve obstacles as they come up. You'll stay alert to risks, working with the team to solve issues where possible, and surfacing options for the project sponsor to choose from when a problem needs a bigger change to the plan. You'll work closely with stakeholders across different business lines and Digital & IT teams at Hub level, overseeing all aspects of projects tied to IT technologies or infrastructure. Strong command of project management tools is expected, covering performance tracking, risk management, resource planning, and budget management. Duties & Accountabilities Support business stakeholders in building their business cases, following the project governance framework Identify key projects and work closely with business and technical teams to drive timely, collaborative execution Run regular project review meetings, giving the team visibility via Kanban or dashboard Anticipate project risks and propose mitigations Provide clear, concise scope of work to project members, and communicate effectively back to the business Offer proactive recommendations and alternative solutions when needed; monitor CAPEX/OPEX through the project lifecycle and keep IT and business stakeholders aligned on financial topics Ensure projects deliver on timeline and transition smoothly to L1 and L2 support teams Run lessons-learned debriefs with project members and business teams for proper project closure Act as the escalation point between business and IT delivery teams, recommending mitigation plans to help both sides reach consensus Manage resources and coordinate across IT teams (application and hardware) to execute projects on time and on target Key Job Experience Solid experience managing projects related to IT infrastructure or applications Experience supporting shared services organizations Experience managing projects through waterfall and/or agile models Experience leading or participating in project deployments across international companies Experience working across multiple countries on the same project Strong ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders Self-motivated and well-organized, able to prioritize and work well under pressure Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders in a positive, collaborative way Open communication style that builds consensus and keeps ideas flowing across the project Cross-disciplinary understanding of product management, software development, and quality assurance Flexible and adaptable across tools and ways of working Strong leadership, negotiation, conflict management, and critical thinking skills Requirements Minimum 8 years of Project Management experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent Strong communicator in English with great interpersonal skills Experience in an IT Shared Service Centre environment Experience managing end-to-end application development projects in a waterfall SDLC model Experience managing offshore development teams remotely Strong multitasking ability and comfort working in a matrix organization Track record managing multiple projects concurrently PMP or Prince2 certified Benefits Competitive salary Work alongside experienced experts on international projects Real career growth opportunities Exposure to the latest IT technologies A supportive, collaborative working environment
