Working Location: Bangkok Working Hours: Monday–Friday Salary package: 100,000 – 120,000 THB/Month (dependingon qualification & experience) Other Benefits: Attractive allowances and career advancement opportunities Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. 20+ years of sales experience , including 10+ years in senior management/leadership roles . Proven experience managing a sales team of 5+ employees . Experience in automotive, automotive leasing, car rental, mobility, or related industries is highly preferred. Strong track record in new business development, commercial management, profitability, and business growth . Strong strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Results-oriented, proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented. Excellent command of English , both written and spoken. Responsibilities: Lead the Sales Department to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets. Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans aligned with company goals. Drive new business development and sustainable revenue growth. Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and sales performance. Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to maximize performance and productivity. Set sales targets and KPIs, monitor results, and report key performance to Top Management. Drive commercial performance and profitability across sales activities. Review and approve sales proposals, quotations, orders, and agreements. Collaborate with Top Management and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
