SAP S/4HANA – Senior FICO Business Analyst

We're looking for a Senior FICO Business Analyst to join one of our client project teams. Duties & Accountabilities Take accountability for project success as the Functional Consultant on the engagement Work across SAP Fixed Assets, CapEx, and Contract Lease Management processes Own delivery of IT and business deliverables within the project Support development of To-Be processes based on user requirements within the AR stream Support scoping and develop functional specifications, confirming developments as they're built Configure the system and document configuration according to project standards Identify and escalate configuration conflicts across projects in the same SAP environment or connected systems/tools Support test specification creation and prepare test data, including setting up the testing environment Support data migration and perform cut-over activities Provide country- or site-specific system know-how depending on the project What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience Minimum 8 years of SAP experience Strong grasp of tools, principles, concepts, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis In-depth knowledge of Fixed Assets, Contract Leasing Management, and CapEx business processes, with a solid understanding of cross-functional/integration process flow, data, and dependencies Deep understanding of the architectural framework for the finance domain and its connected portfolios/interfaces Good understanding of SolMan ALM methodologies Ability to influence up to Director level across business and IT groups Strong conceptual ability, able to break down complex problems and communicate ideas simply Good communication and business partnering skills Comfortable managing ambiguity, with experience running rapid prototyping to mature requirements Experience working in an Agile environment, often across multiple initiatives in parallel Willingness to travel depending on project/service needs Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry and processes is a plus Very good command of English (speaking and writing), with experience in a multinational environment Benefits Competitive salary Work alongside experienced experts on international projects Real career growth opportunities Exposure to the latest IT technologies A supportive, collaborative working environment
