Responsibilities · Lead and oversee finance and accounting functions to ensure effective financial management and operational excellence. · Provide strategic financial insights and business partnering support to senior management and cross-functional teams. · Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support business growth and decision-making. · Drive financial control, reporting accuracy, compliance, and governance across business operations. · Oversee manufacturing finance activities including cost management, profitability analysis, inventory control, and CAPEX evaluation. · Partner with plant operations and corporate functions to improve financial performance and operational efficiency. · Lead financial analysis and provide recommendations on cost optimization and business improvement initiatives. · Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of finance processes, policies, and internal controls. · Support audit, tax, and compliance activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. · Lead, develop, and mentor finance team members to achieve business objectives. Qualifications/Requirements · Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. · Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. · Proven experience in both plant finance operations and corporate finance functions. · Experience in a finance leadership role such as Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager, Finance Controller, Plant Finance Head, or equivalent. · Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, costing, financial analysis, and internal controls. · Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, cost accounting, inventory management, and CAPEX projects. · Experience managing finance teams and partnering with operations and senior management. · Experience working in a multinational company (MNC) environment is preferred. · Strong ERP experience; SAP experience is highly preferred. · Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. · Good command of English communication skills.
