Project Officer

Responsibilities: Support the implementation of the educational projects; Maintain relationships with stakeholders, facilitating the development of technology and educational partnerships; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement educational content that meets the diverse needs of our user base; Development of innovative education / training services that align with the company's strategic direction towards integrating AI and digital learning; Assist in preparing projects progress and analytic reports to the management; Provide administrative support to the team in day-to-day operations; Take up ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in any disciplines or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or IT/AI related; Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in EdTech, training and education, and project management & coordination. Experience in handling government funded projects is an advantage; Experience in developing eLearning projects and education support through websites, online platforms, mobile applications and social media; Good computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools; Familiar with generative AI tools and applications; Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping, with strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under schedule; Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English; Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Officer.
