What we offer Five-day work week Competitive remuneration package, including double pay and discretionary bonus Life insurance, AD&D insurance and comprehensive group medical insurance (dental coverage, psychological counseling coverage, insurance coverage for family members, etc.) On-the-job training and education allowance Holiday allowance and birthday gift vouchers Early dismissal on holidays Employee recreational & sports activities Staff canteen Key Responsibilities: 1.Innovation Initiatives: Organize and promote various innovation-related tasks for the Group and the Company, including leading innovation activities and participating in key research topics and professional industry analysis. 2.Policy Research: Conduct research on national and Greater Bay Area (GBA) development policies; organize the drafting of implementation documents for the company’s development within these key regions. 3.Major Projects: Support the company's involvement in major strategic projects, including the development of the GBA, the advancement of Hong Kong as an International Financial Center, and high-quality participation in the "Belt and Road" Initiative. 4.Report Drafting: Responsible for the drafting of important corporate reports and official documents. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Economics, Finance, or Management are preferred. Work Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in the financial industry; prior experience in the insurance sector is an advantage. Knowledge & Skills: Solid fundamental knowledge of the finance and insurance industries, with an understanding of market development trends. Strong policy research and project management capabilities. Excellent writing skills with the ability to independently complete work reports and critical documents. Proficiency in office software (MS Office suite). Competencies: Meticulous and rigorous work ethic; strong sense of responsibility and dedication; service-oriented mindset and excellent teamwork skills; alignment with China Taiping’s corporate culture. Other Requirements: Must possess Hong Kong residency or a valid permit to work in Hong Kong.
