About the Role You’ll support both our workshop operations and front‑line customer service. Your day will include: Assisting with basic workshop tasks, completing post‑hire equipment checks, and carrying out general equipment maintenance Preparing hire equipment for customer collection Keeping the workshop tidy and organised Helping customers at the counter and over the phone Working closely with our technicians and customer service team What We’re Looking For Practical, hands‑on, and confident working in a busy workshop environment Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast‑paced setting Willingness to learn new skills and pitch in wherever needed Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic Available to work rostered Saturdays, typically one per month.
