Job Responsibilities Plan and manage daily production schedules to ensure production targets and delivery commitments are achieved. Supervise, lead, and develop production team members to maximize productivity and operational efficiency. Monitor, investigate, and resolve production issues while implementing preventive actions to avoid recurrence. Ensure production processes comply with quality standards, customer requirements, and company policies. Oversee CNC machining operations and support troubleshooting to maintain smooth production flow. Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs to improve productivity, quality, and machine performance. Verify program accuracy, machine setup, tooling, and process parameters before production runs. Ensure compliance with company regulations, safety policies, and workplace health and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Prepare and summarize production performance reports, including monthly production KPIs and operational results. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Supervision, Manufacturing, or Production Control. Experience in CNC machining, metal parts manufacturing, or machining operations is highly preferred. Ability to create, edit, and optimize CNC programs independently. Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and understand machining processes. Strong knowledge of CNC machines, cutting tools, tooling setups, and production troubleshooting. Leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop production teams. Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, 5S, Kaizen, or Lean Manufacturing is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Preferred Qualifications Experience in G-Code and M-Code programming. Experience with CNC Milling and/or CNC Lathe operations. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidCAM, Fusion 360, or similar applications. Experience managing production teams of 10 or more employees.
