Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure purchased items meet requirements and specifications. Request and compare quotations and information to support purchasing decisions. Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure all related documents are accurate and complete. Negotiate prices and purchasing terms with suppliers to achieve reasonable and competitive costs. Follow up and coordinate with suppliers to ensure complete and on-time delivery. Source and evaluate new suppliers, including coordinating required documents and information. Support QMS, FSSC, Safety & Environment activities and prepare for Internal and Third-Party Audits. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field. At least 2 years of experience in Purchasing. Experience or knowledge in international purchasing will be an advantage. Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Good command of English. Highly detail-oriented and meticulous, with strong attention to accuracy. Carefully check and double-check information and documents before proceeding. Able to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure, especially for urgent purchasing requests. Good coordination and communication skills with both internal departments and external suppliers.
