泰国招聘专员｜Recruitment Specialist (Thailand) 岗位职责｜Job Responsibilities 负责泰国本地招聘工作，包括简历筛选、电话初试、面试邀约及候选人跟进。 Responsible for local recruitment in Thailand, including resume screening, initial phone interviews, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up. 根据公司招聘需求，发布招聘信息并积极开发招聘渠道。 Post job vacancies and proactively develop recruitment channels based on company hiring needs. 负责招聘流程跟进，包括面试、Offer、入职及相关资料收集。 Follow up the recruitment process, including interviews, offers, onboarding, and related document collection. 与用人部门沟通岗位需求，推动招聘计划按时完成。 Communicate with hiring departments to understand recruitment needs and ensure hiring plans are completed on time. 维护招聘数据及候选人人才库，定期更新招聘进度。 Maintain recruitment data and candidate databases, and regularly update recruitment progress. 参与招聘会、校园招聘及其他招聘活动。 Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other recruitment activities. 任职资格｜Requirements 本科及以上学历，人力资源、管理、语言等相关专业优先。 Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Human Resources, Management, Languages, or related fields preferred. 具备泰国本地招聘经验，熟悉泰国招聘渠道及招聘流程。 Experience in local recruitment in Thailand and familiarity with local recruitment channels and processes. 泰语流利，英语能够进行工作沟通；会中文者优先。 Fluent in Thai with good working English; Chinese language skills are preferred. 具备良好的沟通、协调及候选人管理能力。 Good communication, coordination, and candidate management skills. 熟练使用Office及招聘相关系统/平台。 Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment-related systems/platforms.
