Job Responsibilities Supervise and control daily production activities to ensure compliance with Work Instructions (WI) and production plans. Lead and monitor production staff to achieve productivity, efficiency, and quality targets. Ensure production processes are running smoothly, safely, and according to company standards. Supervise daily production and ensure quality & safety standards Lead and train production staff to achieve targets Monitor machines & equipment, solve production issues Coordinate with QC/Engineering for continuous improvement Qualifications High Vocational degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing field. Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and machine operations. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Basic computer skills.
