Business Development Officer / Key Account Manager

Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for developing key accounts / Hi-tech industry logistics projects and achieving business targets for new client acquisitions and maintaining existing client relationships. 2. Gain a thorough understanding of clients' overall business, deeply explore their needs, actively integrate internal and external resources, and develop comprehensive logistics solutions. 3. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with assigned clients, staying informed about business dynamics and tender opportunities. 4. Handle pricing for major client proposals, conduct customer negotiations, manage contracts, and promptly address client inquiries. 5. Participate in logistics tenders by interpreting requirements, preparing pricing proposals, and compiling tender documents in accordance with industry clients ‘bidding requirements. 6. Monitor and analyze industry market trends, and execute tasks assigned by superiors. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Logistics, or a related field. 2. 3–5 years of relevant sales experience in supply chain and international logistics; experience with Hi-tech industry logistics tenders and familiarity with bidding approval processes is preferred. 3. Strong ability in customer development; familiarity with local Hong Kong supply chain operations and possession of relevant client resources is a plus. 4. Excellent cross-organizational communication skills, customer negotiation skills, and a strong service-oriented attitude. 5. Goal-oriented, proactive, and positive personality; fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken, written, listening, and reading).
