We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Animal Production Advisor to join our team. In this highly influential role, you will work alongside branch teams and livestock producers to grow our animal health and nutrition business, deliver expert animal health and nutrition solutions, and help our beef and sheep customers improve the productivity and profitability of their enterprises. What you'll do Drive sales growth and profitability across the region's animal health and nutrition portfolio Develop and implement practical animal health and nutrition programs and ration recommendations for livestock producers Provide technical advice and support to customers to improve animal performance and farm outcomes Partner with branch teams, Account Managers and Merchandise teams to identify opportunities and deliver value-added solutions Coach and support branch product champions to strengthen animal health and nutrition capability across the network Deliver technical training, presentations and discussion groups for customers and staff Work closely with suppliers and industry partners to maximise opportunities and outcomes Support the implementation of Nutrien's animal health and nutrition strategy, product programs and promotional initiatives What you'll bring Tertiary qualifications in Agricultural Science, Animal Nutrition or a related discipline Minimum 3 years' experience in animal nutrition or a related livestock advisory role Strong commercial acumen with a passion for sales and customer relationship management Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills The ability to influence, coach and support both customers and internal teams Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills A genuine passion for Australian agriculture and rural communities There will be an element of travel in this role, therefore a valid and current drivers’ license is essential What you'll get Competitive salary package Company vehicle Purchased leave scheme benefits An additional paid day off each year with Nutrien Day A supportive, flexible and engaging workplace Ongoing learning, development and career progression opportunities The opportunity to contribute to local community partnerships and initiatives A culture that genuinely values growth, safety and wellbeing At Nutrien Ag Solutions, we believe your career is in your hands.
