Truck & Bobcat Operator

Join our growing team! We are looking for an experienced Truck & Bobcat Operator to join our busy team based in Neerabup. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being out on the road, operating machinery and working independently while being part of a friendly team. You'll be responsible for delivering, collecting and swapping cage bins across the Perth metropolitan area. About the role Deliver and collect site cage bins throughout the Perth metro area Safely load, position and swap bins on site Operate a bobcat for loading, positioning and site work Complete daily vehicle and equipment checks Maintain a high standard of customer service Work safely and efficiently while meeting daily run requirements Communicate with the yard and office team throughout the day Keep the truck and equipment clean and well maintained About you Experienced operating a bobcat A confident and competent truck driver Reliable, punctual and safety conscious Comfortable working independently Physically fit and happy working in an outdoor environment Well presented and professional when dealing with customers Able to work in a fast-paced environment Someone who takes pride in their work and equipment Essential requirements Current HR license - manual Must be confident and competent towing a trailer Able to safely load, secure and transport cage bins and machinery on trailer Bobcat operating experience Australian working rights Good driving history Strong commitment to workplace safety Experience in the waste, transport, construction or earthmoving industries will be highly regarded.
