Support Worker-Eternal Disability Care-NDIS Location: Gold Coast/Broadbeach-Queensland Role: Casual Are you an experienced Support Worker who wants to make a real difference? Eternal Disability Care is seeking reliable, skilled Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to participants with complex needs in home and community settings. What You’ll Do Support daily living tasks including personal care, meals, and household duties Assist with community access, appointments, and social activities Follow Behaviour Support, Mealtime, and Health Management Plans Support participants with dignity, safety, and independence Complete accurate shift notes and documentation.
