HR Recruitment Supervisor

About the role I-Serve360 Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Supervisor to join our Human Resources team in Legazpi City, Albay. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition strategy and supporting the growth of our organisation. As Recruitment Supervisor, you will oversee recruitment operations, manage recruitment staff, and ensure we attract and retain top-quality talent aligned with our company values and strategic objectives. This role is integral to building high-performing teams across I-Serve360 Corporation and directly impacts our ability to achieve business goals through effective people management. Key responsibilities Supervise and manage the recruitment team, including setting performance standards, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring consistent delivery of recruitment excellence Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition through candidate onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes Develop and implement recruitment strategies and policies aligned with organisational goals and industry best practices Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling and coordination with hiring managers Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for various roles across the organisation Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide strategic recruitment advice Monitor recruitment metrics and reporting, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and quality-of-hire indicators Ensure compliance with employment legislation, data protection regulations and company HR policies throughout the recruitment process Identify recruitment process improvements and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and candidate experience Collaborate with HR colleagues on employee engagement, retention and talent development initiatives What we're looking for Proven experience of 3+ years in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, best practices and employment legislation relevant to the Philippines Demonstrated ability to manage and develop team members effectively, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Experience in full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles and industries Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and negotiate with hiring managers and candidates Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR management software Knowledge of psychometric assessments and interviewing techniques Ability to use data and metrics to inform recruitment decisions and improvements Certification in HR or Recruitment (CHRP, CIPD or equivalent) is advantageous Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality What we offer At I-Serve360 Corporation, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and wellbeing.
