About the Opportunity Exciting New Role – Bathurst NSW Due to continued growth, we're seeking a proactive Project Administrator to join our team in Bathurst, NSW. This is a part-time, on-site role, 15–20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as the role grows. $80,000 - $100,000 PRO RATA Working closely with the Business Manager and Project/Team Leaders, you'll help keep projects, people and operational requirements running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and being part of a busy, collaborative team. What You'll Be Responsible For Build and maintain rosters in Deputy Coordinate shift changes and site coverage Support workforce allocation across projects Monitor timesheets in NetSuite and follow up discrepancies Support accurate and timely payroll processing Maintain SWMS, SDS, Work Direction Forms, pre-starts and project documentation Ensure compliance records are accurate and up to date Act as a key contact for field teams Assist with scheduling, PPE, equipment and site requirements Consolidate field reports and project data Support incident reporting, Good Catch systems and corrective actions Provide day-to-day operational and project administration About You You are organised, practical and confident working in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy supporting teams, solving problems and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll bring: Experience in project administration, operations administration or coordination Excellent communication, writing and stakeholder engagement skills Strong organisational and time management skills High attention to detail Confidence with systems, spreadsheets and reporting A proactive, problem-solving mindset Strong safety and compliance awareness Knowledge of civil works and vegetation management is highly desirable Experience in rail, gas, mining, resources or similar projects is advantageous Experience with Deputy, NetSuite, SafetyCulture, Microsoft Office or SharePoint is highly regarded but not essential If you're organised, proactive and ready to be part of an exciting new role in our Bathurst team, we'd love to hear from you!
