This is a hands-on role delivering hydro excavation, industrial cleaning, and high-pressure water blasting services across a variety of sites and industries. The role requires a strong commitment to health and safety and involves working in confined spaces and at heights. About the Role As an Industrial Services Technician, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality industrial services while ensuring customer expectations and safety standards are met. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and wider team to deliver efficient and reliable services. Key Responsibilities Deliver hydro excavation and industrial cleaning services. Operate high-pressure water blasting equipment. Complete pre-start vehicle and equipment checks. Maintain accurate paperwork and records. Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve day-to-day issues. Support a strong health and safety culture. Assist with toolbox meetings and reporting. Work productively and safely in accordance with WasteCo policies and New Zealand transport regulations. What We're Looking For Previous experience in the waste, industrial services, or sweeping industry is preferred but not essential. A full Class1 licence is essential Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Good computer and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities.
