Experienced Electrician Tauranga and the wider Bay of Plenty Looking for varied work, greater responsibility and a team that values doing the job properly? Smart Sparx Electrical is looking for an experienced electrician who can take ownership of their work, solve problems confidently and deliver a consistently high standard. About the role You’ll work across a range of residential and commercial projects throughout Tauranga and the wider Bay of Plenty. Depending on the project, you may be working independently, alongside the wider Smart Sparx team or taking the lead on site. It’s a varied role with the autonomy to make decisions, manage your work efficiently and see projects through to a quality finish. What you’ll be doing Completing residential new builds and alterations Carrying out a variety of commercial electrical work Diagnosing faults and resolving technical problems Reading plans and planning work efficiently Working independently and making sound decisions Leading and supporting electricians and apprentices when required Communicating professionally with clients, builders and other trades Maintaining a high standard of workmanship, safety and attention to detail About you You’re an experienced electrician who knows their trade and takes genuine pride in their work. You understand electrical systems, can think logically through a problem and know how to deliver a safe, practical and tidy solution. You’re comfortable working independently, taking responsibility and making good decisions on site.
