About the role Fixed term contract for 13 months from October 2026 An opportunity to be a part of an exciting role with a local company. Solutrades Ltd is a family owned Business in the construction and property market. We need an experienced Accounts Payable or Finance Officer looking for a step up into a Senior role. This is a great role to get stuck into and will be extremely interesting and rewarding! Key responsibilities Payments Processing and receipting Checking and verifying invoices Accounts Invoice /Goods reconciliation Filing and maintaining supplier records Processing payments Completion and Payment of GST return and income tax in accordance with IRD Payroll Liaising with the Accounts Payable Team Assisting the Management team with daily admin tasks About you Experience in similar position A strong and confident communicator Able to work independently Excel software pro Xero software pro Positive attitude Understand/Consider best accounting/ payment practises About us Solutrades Ltd is a family owned Business in the construction and property market.
