Project Manager – ERP Implementation

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our ERP implementation initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering the project on time, within scope, and within budget, while ensuring stakeholder alignment and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact between business units, IT teams, and external vendors. Facilitate clear communication and manage expectations across diverse stakeholders. Drive change management and ensure user adoption through training and support. Technical Oversight Collaborate with ERP consultants and technical teams to ensure system design meets business requirements. Oversee data migration, integration, and testing activities. Ensure compliance with IT standards, security, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. 5 to 7 years proven experience managing large / mid-scale ERP implementation projects. Strong knowledge of ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) and integration points. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities. PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Project Management certification is an advantage.
